Get Started

As education consultants, we provide a highly individualized service for students and parents as they plan for college. Think of it as a personal college admission coach. Your consultant gets to know you, identifies good-fit colleges, gives you insight into the admissions process, and teaches you how to put together a strong application. We're experts in college admissions. and we're available evenings, weekends, and summers, the times you'll actually need help, not just during school hours in the school year.
College admission has become genuinely complex, and the cost of college is daunting. As your consultant, we help you figure out what colleges are looking for, make wise academic and extracurricular choices in high school, identify colleges that fit your priorities (including ones that may offer scholarships), keep you on a timeline so you never miss a deadline, and help you build a strong application.
Ideally, we should start meeting while you are in Grade 9 or Grade 10 (Year 10/11 for British Curriculum). That helps you better understand what you need to do early on and gives you a framework for understanding the college admission process. Grade 11 (Year 12) is when the college search begins in earnest, so we're very useful at this stage too. Some students wait until Grade 12 (Year 13), but that's a late start that compresses everything into less time. We strongly recommend starting before senior year.
We work with students across a range of academic profiles. Rather than screening by GPA or test scores, we focus on fit - helping each student find universities and educational programs where they'll genuinely thrive, and set the foundations for their future.
Yes, on a case-by-case basis. Get in touch for a call and we can figure out what makes sense for your situation.
No. We help students improve their chances of admission, and of scholarships, but we don't guarantee acceptance to any specific school. That wouldn't be honest, and it's not how ethical admissions consulting works. What we do guarantee is the work: a genuine, individualized process aimed at finding schools where you'll thrive.
Fair question. Every school has a counselor whose job is to support students through the university process - but depending on your school's size, you may not get much one-on-one time with them, and they may not have deep knowledge of admissions outside your home region. Think of it the way you'd think about a tutor alongside a classroom teacher: we work in tandem with your school counselor, not instead of them, to give you the individualized attention the process really needs.

The Process

All sessions are conducted virtually over Zoom, so we work with students across time zones; Dubai, the wider GCC, and further afield. We stay in touch between sessions over WhatsApp for quick questions, document reviews, and deadline reminders, so you're never waiting a full week for an answer.
No - we support applications globally. While most students opt for the US, UK, Canada, and Europe. We find the best fit for you globally.
We start with an initial session to map goals and understand your ideas about colleges/study goals. We then have regular working sessions (roughly every 2-3 weeks, but increases in frequency as deadlines approach) - covering essay edits, activity lists, and application strategy, with async support over WhatsApp between sessions. Exact cadence and deliverables depend on the package.
Yes, we offer standalone essay coaching and interview prep for students who don't need full application support. However, our packages are designed to give you full-cycle support, but reach out and we can discuss what makes sense for your timeline.
We cap our caseload at 20 students per counselor so every student gets real attention.
All student information, essays, and application materials are kept strictly confidential and are never shared outside your consulting team without your permission.
Sessions are primarily one-on-one with the student, since we want them to own their process and their voice in their essays. Parents are welcome at kickoff and milestone check-ins, and we keep you updated throughout with parent sessions - but the day-to-day work is student-led.
We don't offer test prep directly. What we do provide is guidance on which tests are right for you, how to approach them strategically, and resources and revision planning to support you - we may add dedicated test prep in the future.
We work best when we work directly with the student, so sessions themselves are one-on-one. After every session, you'll get a recap covering goals, milestones, and next steps. We also hold monthly parent-only check-in meetings to keep everyone aligned, alongside a dedicated communication channel for questions and regular workshops for more general guidance.

Costs & Logistics

We're based in Dubai, UAE, and work with students both locally and internationally. All sessions are conducted virtually, so location is never a barrier to working with us.
Our packages are built around what you actually need - whether you're starting early or applying this year. We start with an initial consultation to understand your timeline and goals, which lets us scope the right level of support and recommend a package that fits. Yes, we offer payment plans, which we're happy to discuss on that call.
Yes. As part of our core process, we look at what scholarship and financial aid opportunities are available to you, and where applicable, we help with those applications directly.
